PLENHYAGE® Polynucleotides

Plenhyage® is a polynucleotide-based injectable treatment focused on improving the quality and condition of the skin.

Rather than creating traditional volume, Plenhyage® works within the skin to support its natural regenerative processes, helping to improve hydration, elasticity and texture over time.

It can be incorporated into a personalised skin rejuvenation programme for skin that appears dehydrated, dull, uneven or less elastic.

Plenhyage® may be suitable for concerns including:

• Dehydrated or dull-looking skin

• Uneven or rough texture

• Reduced elasticity

• Loss of skin firmness

• Early signs of ageing

Plenhyage® is available in two formulations, allowing treatment to be tailored to your individual skin.

PLENHYAGE® MEDIUM
A lighter formulation suited to improving hydration, skin quality and early signs of ageing.

PLENHYAGE® STRONG
A more concentrated formulation that may be selected when a more intensive regenerative approach is appropriate, particularly for concerns involving texture, elasticity and more established signs of skin ageing.

The choice between Medium and Strong isn't simply about choosing the stronger option. Your practitioner will consider your skin, treatment area and desired outcome when recommending the most appropriate formulation.

An initial course of 3-4 spaced 2-4 weeks apart for optimal results.

Maintain as you need with a single session every 3–12 months or as needed.

We will discuss your recommended treatment plan during your consultation.

During your consultation, we assess your skin quality, concerns and previous treatments before determining whether Plenhyage® is appropriate and which formulation is most suitable.

During your appointment

Your skin will be assessed and the area requiring treatment will be mapped out before the treatment begins.

Small amounts of Rejuran S® are then precisely injected into the selected areas.

Immediately afterwards

Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness and small raised areas may occur at the injection sites.

Bruising is also possible.

Your individual aftercare instructions will be provided following treatment.

Over the following weeks

The skin responds progressively to the treatment.

Improvements in texture and the appearance of the treated area develop gradually rather than immediately.

Please arrive with clean skin and avoid applying unnecessary products or makeup to the treatment area immediately before your appointment.

Please inform us before treatment about any medication you take, allergies, medical conditions, previous aesthetic treatments or other relevant information.

If you are prone to bruising or take medication that can increase bleeding or bruising, please discuss this with us before treatment.

Your individual pre-treatment guidance will be provided before your appointment.

Results develop progressively as the skin responds to treatment.

With a course of treatments, the skin can appear more hydrated, smoother and more refined, with improvements in overall texture, elasticity and skin quality.

The treatment is designed to create a gradual improvement in the condition of the skin rather than alter facial shape or add traditional volume.

Individual results vary.

Skin boosters and polynucleotides can both be used to improve skin quality, but they work differently and are selected for different concerns.

Skin boosters such as Profhilo® and Sunekos® are particularly useful when the focus is hydration, elasticity, fine lines and improving the overall appearance of the skin. Polynucleotides take a regenerative approach and may be selected where concerns such as texture, skin resilience, delicate under-eye skin or scarring are a greater priority.

For some clients, the treatments can also complement each other as part of a longer-term skin plan.

The under-eye area requires a different approach from the rest of the face.
