REJURAN S® Polynucleotides

Rejuran S® is an injectable polynucleotide treatment formulated with a higher-viscosity formulation than Rejuran I®, allowing it to be used in targeted areas where additional structural support within the skin is desirable.

Polynucleotides are used in aesthetic medicine to support skin regeneration and improve skin quality.

Rejuran S® is particularly associated with targeted treatment of depressed scars and areas of uneven skin texture, rather than being used as a general facial skin booster.

Rejuran S® may be considered for:

An initial course of 3-4 spaced 2-4 weeks apart for optimal results.

Maintain as you need with a single session every 3–12 months or as needed.

Rejuran S® is administered through precise injections into the selected areas of the skin, with placement tailored to the individual concern being treated.

During your appointment

Your skin will be assessed and the area requiring treatment will be mapped out before the treatment begins.

Small amounts of Rejuran S® are then precisely injected into the selected areas.

Immediately afterwards

Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness and small raised areas may occur at the injection sites.

Bruising is also possible.

Your individual aftercare instructions will be provided following treatment.

Over the following weeks

The skin responds progressively to the treatment.

Improvements in texture and the appearance of the treated area develop gradually rather than immediately.

Please arrive with clean skin and avoid applying unnecessary products or makeup to the treatment area immediately before your appointment.

Please inform us before treatment about any medication you take, allergies, medical conditions, previous aesthetic treatments or other relevant information.

If you are prone to bruising or take medication that can increase bleeding or bruising, please discuss this with us before treatment.

Your individual pre-treatment guidance will be provided before your appointment.

Rejuran S® is designed to produce gradual improvements in the quality and appearance of the treated skin.

Over time, the treated area may appear smoother and more refined, with improvements in the appearance of certain types of scarring and uneven texture.

Results vary depending on the type and severity of the concern, skin condition and treatment plan.

For acne scarring in particular, realistic expectations are important. Rejuran S® may be incorporated into a combination treatment plan where appropriate.

This treatment is highly effective with microneedling to boost results.
